Keto Flu
Hi,
how do you decrease or avoid Keto Flu? I believe the reason my reaction was so bad due to I started with one full scoop of Keto and not eating enough fats. My diet might be another issue. I don’t eat a lot of meat either and only eat chicken fish or turkey on ocassion. I’m also from the era that fats are not good so I have not used a lot of those lately hence another possible issue. Now I look in my fridge with the thought of what do I eat as so much is greens, plant foods, dairy and/or low fat items.
Thank you for any suggestions as I want this diet to work for me.

Hi Tina, there are a few ways to reduce keto flu. One way is to add sea salt and/or lemon juice to your water. Adding bone broth throughout your day will also help. If you have had a bad experience before maybe consider tapering your carbs instead of reducing to 20-30 at once. Good luck! Becky
