Keto Bread recipe in an oven

Hello,

I would like to use the 5- minute Keto Bread recipe, however, I never use the microwave oven. Everything that you cook in a microwave has the molecules in the food become poison in the body. So I haven’t used it in more than 10 years.

Can you tell me how long to cook this recipe in the oven?

Hey Jeani!
I’m not sure which 5- minute Keto Bread recipe you are referring to but it looks like a general starting place may be 375 f for 30minutes. Maybe start there and just keep an eye on it?
