Keto and high blood pressure?
I need more information about starting Keto with well maintained high blood pressure. Feedback is appreciated.

Hey!
I don’t personally suffer with this so I wanted to share a resource that may help. That being said, I personally think this is a great diet for someone with high blood pressure as long as you are being monitored by your doctor! I have family members currently on keto who have lowered their BP.
