So I am abt to start the keto diet and I am kind of worried. I don’t eat meat nor fish, and from what I understood, we can’t eat starch. So are vegetables the only thing we can eat? I am afraid of not being fed well enough and I feel like I am gonna starve a lot. Could someone help? Thank you.

I know you can have tofu and those types of protein, a list of keto proteins are easy to find. If you are vegetarian or vegan use those protein sources. It is mainly the fats and a good quality protein, so that may help you.  There are a lot of video on you tube on eating keto and some are for vegans and vegetarian options so not meat or fish, you can have nuts too.

 

I am sure you can find various proteins to hit your macros
