Is lettuce keto approved?
I personally try to avoid most salads. I’ve found that it’s basically filler for me, stretching my stomach so that when I eat a smaller, more nutritionally dense meal that I still have a craving for more food because my body doesn’t feel full. I do go for romaine and spinach salads with some avocado dressing and chicken or beef mixed in every now and then for the vitamins that’re hard to find elsewhere. But for the most part I try to avoid salads.
Lettuce on burgers or a wrap is a different story lol
