Is a ketogenic diet sustainable?
Hi Amina! I would say that sustainability is based on each individual. Most people use keto as a cleanse or base. From there you can learn your own personal carb tolerance and see which foods give you energy and which do not. 🙂 I think it is a great tool to have in your tool box! A select few will feel great always doing keto and some will need to cycle carbs in and out. For me, I find more success with rotating carbs in and out. Good luck! Becky
