Hey Starla-it does sound like you may be experiencing some side effects from the levothyroxine. Do you know if the 1200 calories is enough per day? Are you satiated? How much of that is carbs/fats/protein? Maybe a tweak there will help for the weight to come down. Are you consuming dairy? I find that when I cut that out I was able to start losing again. I hope that helps!

Hi Starla,
I got the same problem but then I decided to ask for help!
I had tried doing keto on my own, googling and watching YouTube. I got some results but going through keto flu on my own was too tough! I could only stick with it when I joined Alexia’s coaching program in Dubai. Thanks to her guidance, I made it to the other side of keto flu and I’ve now reached my target weight!

I am new to Keto and can’t comment about that specifically, but it seems that you are not taking in enough calories. Your body may be reacting to what it perceives as “starvation” and hanging on to stored fat as a fuel source. Try bumping up your calories, while maintaining a good keto ratio of carbs/fats/proteins, and see if that helps.
Here’s a good article to explain what is (likely) happening:
