How to Start the Keto Diet
I am looking to begin the keto diet and am very overwhelmed by information! What is the best way to start?! There are diet plans everywhere, but everything seems to require a great deal of product shopping. What would you suggest to start a very simple, yet effective Keto diet process?

I would start with some simple and inexpensive proteins like: eggs, ground beef (high fat %) and chicken thighs/legs.
Fats – try some Olve oil, butter (it is better grass fed, but if you’re on a budget, just use a store brand), olives, heavy whipping cream, avocados.
You can definitely kick off a plan with these simple ingredients. Cheap but nutrient packs carbs: spinach, kale, cucumbers and broccoli.
