How can I maintain once I've reached my target weight?

Q. #1:  Since I have tried and failed every fad diet out there, and since counting calories and drinking pure protein shakes and cutting out all forms of gluten,  grains, wheat, dairy, sugar, corn, rice, and non-berry fruits like citrus did not work, why should I get my hopes up, that I can actually keep the 50 lbs off, once I lose to my target weight?

Hi John, I’m not what the question is here but I wanted to encourage you to not look for a fad diet but find foods that work in your body. Do an elimination eating plan and consider your body a unique food experiment. Find the foods that feel good and the ones that pack on the weight then follow that, regardless of what a diet regimen says! Good luck! Becky
