How soon should I see results?
Hi! Everyone is different so this isn’t a cut and dry question, unfortunately. It will depend on how clean your diet was before, how you sleep, how much water you take in, how you manage your stress and any underlying food sensitivities. If you are reducing your sugar intake to below 30 you should at least see some water weight gone the first few weeks or so!
My husband and I are 80 and 82 and are beginning week 2. Ken immediately lost about 10lbs….always he has been a quick lose. I am a hard lose but I lost 5 lbs. quickly. At the end of the week on Friday I gained back 2.5 and Ken has been flat since then. It is now Monday and after keeping the diet and fasting till lunch since Friday, we still remain flat. Any thoughts?
