How often should I eat to lose weight?
i need to lose 15 pounds . There is so much conflicting info out there I am confused. I tried so many diets that did not work. One says eat every to hours, another days do not eat 6-8 hours between meals. Also what about keto supplements, do they work or are they unsafe?

Hey! I say to eat when you are hungry. 🙂 Everybody is different and each day could be different too depending on what your body needs. I would say to eat when you are hungry and stop eating around 3 hours before bedtime. 🙂 Also here is a great article taking an honest look at Keto Supplements.
