Hi-nutrition will differ from person to person. This calculator should give you an idea of what it would be for your body. As far as when you eat, someone people like to fast for a minimum of 12 hours then have an eating window of 12. I prefer a 16 hour fasting window (over night) and a 8 hour window of eating.
