How much fat, protein, carbs to intake daily to lose weight?
Hi, I have a small frame and was wondering how I go about determining how much fat, protein, and carbs to intake in 1 day?
Example: 2 TBL of butter in AM
2 TBL of olive oil in PM
6 OZ OF MEAT per meal
2 cups of vegetables per meal Not sure what quantities we are to eat certain foods.
