Do my partner and I eat the same amount of food?

Me & my partner are about to start Keto. I have done research etc and found the amount of Fats, Proteins & Carbs we should be having. I am abit confused, as i am 55kg and he is 105kg, is it correct we are both only to have 20g Carbs. Also if i am going off recipes online/in books, and per day i am supposed to have around 154g fat and he is supposed to have 235g fat, and more protein that me, yet the same carbs, how do we go about this with the recipes?

Hi Annie! Have you put your macro information into this calculator? The fat content sounds a little high to me. I would keep your carbs under 20-25 to get into ketosis and become fat adapted. The other parts of your macros (proteins and fats) will differ based on your weight and body needs.
