How do I get in enough fat?
The calculator said I need to limit calories to less than 1300 yet eat 98% fat, how is that possible?

Hey! It sounds like your app/calculator is calculating in error. Typically keto is 80% Fat/10% Protein/ 10%Carbs. I’ve not heard anyone should consume 98% fat. Here is a super easy calculator to get your body’s nutrition needs! Every person will be different so you will just start here and tweak it to your needs.
