How do I get into ketosis?
What steps do I take and follow to get my body into Ketosis. I really want to do this and any help is appreciated.

Hi! I think adding in fresh veggies to your meal plans is a good idea to get your body in a keto adapted state. While taking in fat is great to stimulate ketosis, if you aren’t nourishing your body it will hold on to the weight.
