High Cholesterol & Triglycerides

My current blood work shows high cholesterol and triglycerides – my doctor suggested to eat lean protiens and vegetables and minimize high fats. Ive been pn keto for 17 days, lost 3.8 lbs (water?) I keep the marcos to 10% c 70% f & 20% protein. I do exercise, tennis and weights & cardio. My original plan was to try keto for 30 days – now I am not sure if I should continue.

Has anyone else have high lipids but fell once you been on keto? I have not experience keto flu, however the urine sticks show between trace and small amounts.

You may find this helpful! I will tell you that my mom was able to lower her numbers. It is important to know what size and type of cholesterol you’re dealing with. Higher levels of cholesterol isn’t necessarily bad.
