Help with stomach cramping
Help! I am on day 3 of this diet and my stomach is cramping up. I am sure what caused this. So far I ate:
-Seed based/coconut milk pudding for breakfast
-Homemade Chicken broth for snack
-Chicken Curry with veggies for lunch

Hey Tanja-congrats on making it to day 3! Just know that your body is changing and learning to burn fat instead of sugar. You may be experiencing part of the keto flu. Keep moving forward and gradually add in your fats so you don’t have diarrhea or constipation during the first few weeks.
