Help with macronutrients
I’m on day 13 of Keto & would like to get a breakdown of fats, protein & carbs per day. Also do i have to continue on MTP & BHB?

I find that getting breakdowns of my food is easiest when using an app such as my fitness pal or stupid simple keto. What is MTP & BHB?
