Help with the keto flu
Hi! The keto flu definitely can be inconvenient! I find the best way to combat the flu is to up your electrolytes. Drink bone broth, plenty of water, take magnesium supplements, add pink salt to your water, etc. These will all help! Gets lots of sleep too! If you want to skip the flu try a taper down method of eliminating the carbs if you are ok with losing weight at a slower pace but more long-term results. Becky
