Help! I've hit a weight stall.

i have been on Keto since 2nd week of January 2018, I lost 6lbs quickly, then dropped another 4 by end of February I keep losing and gaining 2lbs I have not been able to lose more. I know I’m in Ketonix I bought a ketone blood monitor.

i started at 139, I’m 130 now bouncing between 129-131.

i track my macros and stay under 20 carbs.  What do I need to do to lose more weight my goal is 118lbs

Great question! Since you are still early in your keto journey, this is to be expected. 🙂 Your body is changing and that is a beautiful thing! The initial quick weight loss comes from the water that is stored with the sugar in your body. When you initially start reducing your carbs, the water and excess glucose go with it too! Keep doing exactly what you are doing by keeping your carbs low. Drink lots of water, good fats and low carb veggies! If you are in ketosis you are doing lots of things right! Great job!!

when i hit my weight stall i started working out more which helped. i made sure i was in ketosis and ate healthy (lots of veggies and no low-carb energy bars or diet sodas) and then walked a couple miles each day, really helped me
