Have I hit a stall?

Eight weeks into Keto. Have been doing fine. My keto numbers has been around 1.2 to 1.4 all eight weeks. Last two days my keto number has been .7 and then .8. Nothing has changed to my knowledge. Resting sugar for the past two mornings have been 83 and 88.

Not willing to call this a stall, but .7 & .8 sounds close to being out of ketosis…..

BTW InĀ  the eight weeks I have loss about 22 lbs.

Hi Bill! Congrats on such progress with your weightloss. I have a few ideas for you! Are you consuming dairy products? I would start by eliminating that to see if it is causing inflammation. If you use a keto calculator or app, that will tell you how many of each macronutrient you should be taking in daily. It could be that you are not consuming enough variety of food as well perhaps? I would start by tracking your macros and see if getting your protein and fat intake close to your daily amount would help. Becky
