Why is my hair falling out?
When women first start a low carb diet, yes, their hair can fall out slightly. It doesn’t always happen but it can! If it is longer than a few days (or you have been on keto longer than a week or so) then it may be that you are too low carb. It has to do with your hormones being imbalanced. Maybe raise your carbs by 5g per day and see if that helps. 🙂
