Can I have goat products on keto?
I follow the Keto diet and am happy with my weight, altho am looking to lose a bit more visceral fat—which is stubborn since I’m 56 and menopausal. I regularly workout with HIIT and strength training and stretching so am fit. My question is if grass fed and finished goat milk/kefir/mozzarella cheese is detrimental on a keto diet. I love the GI benefits of the goat products, so would like to continue if possible. Thanks for anyone’s input on this. 🙂
