I have food sensitivities, can I still do keto?
I am dairy, egg and almond sensitive and suffer with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis…are there alternatives ingredients to the above offered in your recipes?

Hey! Looks like maybe you could use coconut alternatives for the milk and flours. Are you sensitive to cashews as well? There isn’t really a substitute for eggs but you could make a flax egg if you needed something in a recipe.
