I’m between a rock and a hard place when it comes to this eating plan. I really need to lose the extra kilograms as my wedding is set for next year December and I am determined to look back on my wedding day when looking at photos without grimacing at the images. But is this plan fool proof? When it comes down to it none is. It is just pure will power that will help with success.
So far I am not aware of any other health issues and I have read every nook and cranny of your files concerning this eating plan.
But do you perhaps have a Facebook Page where everyone following this plan can get together for assistance and support? I need a step by step plan that works!
I am new to this also and looking through this forum for the first time… it doesn’t look like many questions get answered. There must be a FB forum that would be more beneficial than this. I’m going to search (tomorrow) and get back with you. 🙂 Hang in there… we’ll figure it out if we have to do by ourselves. Like I said… doesn’t look like much help here.
