eating in a 4-6-8 hour window
what does this exactly mean? Is it that I can eat throughout the 4-6-8 hours? Like constantly? Or I eat until I’m full and if I’m not hungry in this 4-6-8 hour window then that’s it for the day and no more food? Even if I get hungry after those 4-6-8 hours?

A “window” of eating means this is the time you are allowed to eat – IF – you are hungry. This is the conundrum I face since I’ve had a lifetime of eating training, and it’s hard to shut that off, despite being keto-adapted since Feb 2017. So, fast (despite hunger; and most people aren’t) for the 16-18-20 hours, and then, if you’re hungry, eat thereafter. It helps to plan the food available after the fast is completed. Fasting, itself, isn’t difficult; learning to re-train your brain to the true signals of hunger is what is difficult. Good luck!
