Don't like eggs

Sorry I am new to the forum and accidentally hit the wrong button.  My question to don’t like eggs … many of the menu options I have come across are egg dishes.  I really don’t like eggs.  They make me gag.   I can eat devil eggs, egg salad and quiche and that’s it!   Could you possibly suggest other breakfast options?   Thank you all in advance

Do you drink coffee or tea? You can make them ‘bulletproof’ and there’s your morning meal. It’s what I have every morning and it keeps me full (or basically – not hungry) for hours. I think I have eaten a ‘breakfast’ only a couple of times in the last 3 years since I started drinking a butter-coffee/bulletproof coffee. I have also made my tea this way as well.

I am not sure of very many breakfast options other than that (the coffee/tea) since I don’t really eat breakfast. I just don’t crave/want solids in the morning. My body is so far removed from breakfast-food (or wanting it) that it doesn’t even appeal to me.

Maybe there will be others here that can give you some ideas for breakfast besides eggs; if you aren’t into the coffee/tea idea.

You could make some of the egg based “bread” recipes.  I there are low carb muffin and pancake recipes that are mostly egg.  Just don’t go overboard with them since there are still carbs from the almond or coconut flour.

The Keto Cookbook has quite a few breakfast options. A simple option is a smoothie with a coconut milk base. The aforementioned Bulletproof coffee is a good option.

Another thought is to stop looking for “breakfast” foods. Eat leftovers from dinner the night before. For some reason we have the perception that bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, etc. are “breakfast foods,” while things like steak, chicken, and broccoli are not. If you can get past thinking about breakfast vs. non-breakfast foods you’ll have a whole new world of possibilities!
