doing keto on bloodthinners

I started the keto diet 2 weeks ago the first week I lost 14 Lbs. but this week have lost nothing I am having trouble with vegetables I love leafy greens but I am not supposed to have them because I am on blood thinners, I don’t much care for tomatoes and cucumbers and I am not sure what other vegetables I can have, and I’m not sure if I am getting enough fiber. I have been struggling with weight loss for years and was on Atkins for about 3 years the first year I lost 150 lbs but hit a plateau and gained some back so I am just very frustrated.

Hi Tamara-amazing progress on your weightloss. Congratulations! It does sound like you may need to add in more vegetables. Do you like cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli? These are all staples in our house! Also, have you downloaded Louise’s Keto Food list? Here is a link to get it. I think that may help you too to see what all is available for you to eat. If you are hitting a stall, I typically suggest someone try going dairy free for a month and see if that helps. Good luck!
