doing keto on bloodthinners

I started the keto diet 2 weeks ago the first week I lost 14 Lbs. but this week have lost nothing I am having trouble with vegetables I love leafy greens but I am not supposed to have them because I am on blood thinners, I don’t much care for tomatoes and cucumbers and I am not sure what other vegetables I can have, and I’m not sure if I am getting enough fiber. I have been struggling with weight loss for years and was on Atkins for about 3 years the first year I lost 150 lbs but hit a plateau and gained some back so I am just very frustrated.

Hi Tamara-amazing progress on your weightloss. Congratulations! It does sound like you may need to add in more vegetables. Do you like cauliflower, brussel┬ásprouts, asparagus, broccoli? These are all staples in our house! Also, have you downloaded Louise’s Keto Food list? Here is a link to get it. I think that may help you too to see what all is available for you to eat. If you are hitting a stall, I typically suggest someone try going dairy free for a month and see if that helps. Good luck!
