Hi Bobbe,
Switching to a keto lifestyle has helped me with sleep. Other ways is to implement a power down hour right before bed where you turn off all electronics or anything with a bluelight. Drink a cup of herbal tea before bed helps me unwind. I also find that journaling or doing a brain dump of any anxieties I have in my head before I sleep helps me to rest more soundly.

I’m having a real hard time sleeping at night.
i feel revved up and can’t relax and go to sleep.
