Does anyone have feedback on the Keto OS products by Pruvit?
I’d like to know if they are worth the money? I’m stalled after loosing 10lbs and want to get the weight loss started again.
Any feedback would be helpful

I can’t say I’ve had a good experience with this company. I’ve used the Keto Kreme fine which is convenient when traveling. I’m hoping that a travel packet for making bulletproof company will soon be available again at the bulletproof.com website. Evidently they’re in the process of reformulating the product.
I order the bulk and individual packet form of the Orange Dream. I found after using the bulk powder in smoothies for a week I didn’t feel very well so I discontinued using it and felt my old self again. I tried to see if I could at least return the box of packets of the same product which I never opened. After over 2 weeks I’m still waiting to hear their reply. I couldn’t find a phone number to call, just an email. The products are way over priced! What was I thinking….probably wasn’t!

This explains in better detail than I could:

In short, it’ll make ketones show up in your urine/blood, but it’s not ketosis. You saw a big loss up front due to a loss in water weight and it won’t come off as fast after. Be patient, it will.

- Definitely something to consider. Just goes back to the eat real food rule.

For the most part, most ketone supplements won’t help you lose weight.
For some people, they have enough of an appetite-curbing effect to cause people to eat less (and therefore lose weight). But usually, they won’t affect weight loss very much.
However, they can have other uses:
- Therapeutic – particularly if you’re using keto to help treat any sort of illness, these supplements can help you get deeper into ketosis.
- Clarity – we sometimes find that if we take a bit (not this brand but similar) in the morning, it gives us a bit more mental clarity and focus.
- Fasting – these types of supplements can really help with the first few days of getting into a longer (5-8 day) fast, because they give your brain a bit more energy without nullifying any other beneficial effects of the fast.
Just a thought – but yeah, I don’t think for weight loss that they’re all that useful in most cases.

- I have arthritis but that’s it. Loosing weight would help the most with the knees :-)

- Sometimes this can be caused by to much protein or carbs. You may need to readjust your macros if your looking for faster weight loss.

- When I go through my food diary, I’m somewher between 25 to 50 grams of carbs. That may be the culprit. The Protein is pretty close to my calculated macro though.I’ll see if I can get the carbs lower and more consistent.
