Do I need to workout on a keto diet to lose weight?
I have been lifting weights most of my life, and all of my life under Keto. I can tell you that I have never seen any limitations of growing muscle while on Keto.
Do you have to workout to lose weight under Keto?
working out can help but 90% of your weight loss comes from your diet, not working out.
I will also add that I prefer weight lifting as what it does is grow muscle. Having more muscle on your body will increase your body’s metabolism, which in turn will keep weight off.

I started keto completely without workout and lost 40lbs, so I would say not necessarily, but it doesn’t hurt. For me it was just too much change, food, lifestyle, lots of cooking. There was no room for me for workouts.
