Do I need to carb up?

I’ve read in some blog that it’s wise to come off the keto diet every week for a day or two.  Is that your belief as well?

I was totally constipated for the three days I was doing keto. And ate normally for two days and my digestive tract moved normally then.  Your thoughts?

Hey John-some people (including me) find that cycling carbs works good for them. I notice changes in my digestive system when cycling as well. Ketosummit posted a really good article talking about different ways to do keto. This article may help! I would also look up Healthful Pursuit (Leanne Vogel).
