Do I count calories?

hey there, I am completely New At this and I’m trying to read as much as I can about Keto.

I don’t see any calorie or

portion counting anywhere, does that mean I can eat as much protein and fat as I want and just cut all sugar and carbs?

Great question! So it is important to watch calories but I think when you focus on the correct ratios of macronutrients (fat, protein, carbs) you will naturally arrive at the calories that feel good in your body.
