I have now been on a keto diet for 6 weeks and have lost 15 lbs so far. Although I do have more weight to lose this is a lifestyle change for me also. With Christmas upon us soon, is it possible to have a day or two off keto during the festive period and how is best to get back on track again. Or is the whole idea/thing not worth it? Appreciate your ideas or experiences .
Hi Ania – it really depends. I can take a day or two off (or even longer) and get back very easily with maybe 1 day of feeling a bit tired and hungry.
But it depends on how fat adapted you might be already.
Also, great to hear how much progress you’ve made already!
