Is Crystal Lite permitted on keto?

can a person drink sugar free Crystal lite in place of plain water and have same results? I’m not a fan of plain water.

I would skip the artificial water enhancers. Try brewing herbal tea and put it over ice! No carbs and tastes delicious!
