Is coconut sugar ok on a keto diet?
I think the answer is- it depends. With 4 carbs per tablespoon, it can add up super quickly. There are other lower carb options such as stevia, erythritol or even monk fruit as options. So, the answer is yes, but you will need to watch the other carbs to keep your total number down. 🙂
