Cant lose weight
I’ve been Keto since June, dropped 20 lbs, but have not been able to lose any more since August. Want to lose 10 more lbs, mainly fat and build muscle. I run 3 days a week (I’m a running coach) and lift heavy 4 days a week. I’ve tried numerous macro calculators (Ruledme, Ketogains, etc.) and with each one I gain weight. I stay between 131-133. Thoughts?
