can you eat a bread daily that has the following and says o net carbs

wheat protein isolate, vital wheat gluton,  oat fiber,  modified wheat starch, flax seed meal, olive oil  chicory,  root yeast,   cinnamon,   salt,   stevia,   apple cider vinegar

This is a matter of opinion, but I would say, it depends. These products have to be filled with other keto approved foods (vital wheat gluton,  oat fiber,  modified wheat starch) to stay together. There are lots of keto friendly bread recipes out there that may feel better in your body. If this is a way of healing your body I would go for more real foods, even if these fit your macros. 🙂
