Can you eat beans on keto?
Hello! Although beans are a great source of fiber, they are usually not considered keto. Some will keep them in their daily regimen because of the fiber but you will most likely not be in ketosis when consuming them. Here is a great article about other fiber sources that ARE part of a keto diet. 🙂
