Can a vegan do keto?
I manage it, I do eat eggs, but no meat. I use nut butters, seed butters, flax meal, chia meal, nut meal porridge, cocoa nibs, avocados for fats….I have a insane fiber intake (50-70g fiber) but net carbs stay in range. If you work out daily you get get a bit higher allowance of net carbs and stay in ketosis, this allows the higher nut/seed diet. I also use stuff like coconut milk and vegan protein powder shakes, and coconut milk homemade yogurt.
