Can I have Amish Corn?
I haven’t had corn for more than 20 years but recently discovered non-gmo Amish Country popcorn. Is this, in any possible way, okay to use on keto?
I’ve done AI, Paleo, Plant Paradox and a short attempt @Keto (had waaay too much dairy on that first try – by following instructions that I have since discarded). Also, I have a nickel allergy and am trying to find foods that don’t irritate/cause the eczema while still remaining on any of these plans. And yes, unfortunately, I have had give up my dark chocolate. I have been doing IF and find I feel better but I need to lose the belly still.

Hey Doreen, I’d say to try the corn and see how your body does. I know it isn’t really a nutritional food but it does make dishes more fun and colorful. 🙂 I’d say just use it every now and then instead of a staple.
