I’m 75 and wondering if Keto is to be followed in the same way as younger more active folks.

Hey Dennis-thanks for dropping in! I have had multiple clients in their golden years who were successful in using a keto diet. Some of them used it as a cleanse and then evolved to paleo after that and some continued this lifestyle. Keto on!-Becky
