I think you can ignore “organic” as C8 oil is a highly processed vacuum distilled product.
Some people use C8 to promote ketone production, it’s main use is if you seek high blood ketones for health, brain function or exercise etc. Coconut oil contains C8 but in lower concentration.
Beware of “digestive issues” when starting out – 5 ml (teaspoon) at once perhaps.
