Breakfast ideas with restrictions
Your site is very interesting and I’m pleased that there is a place in here to ask questions. I’m interesting in starting eating the Keto way, but am having trouble finding things to eat for breakfast. I am gluten/wheat free, egg free, dairy free, and don’t eat anything containing almonds. I also don’t eat much red meat, because too much upsets my stomach. I am in the process of looking for sorghum flour and folks keep telling me about cassava flour. I will look for both. I’ve seen recipes for smoothies, which I’m not really crazy about, nor do I fancy drinking coffee (never touch the stuff) or tea laden with ghee and whatever, first thing in the morning. Do you have any suggestions for me, for breakfast? Any suggestions and recipes would be most helpful. I feel I’m on the right track, just not really sure of getting things going.
