Hey China! Body aches can be related to an electrolyte imbalance. I have trouble drinking bone broth and things like that as well. I do drink CALM magnesium throughout the day (2tsp total) and add pink himalayan salt to almost everything I eat. Adding in a pinch of the salt and a splash of lemon juice to your water helps a lot too! Another hack I like to use when I feel this way is brew herbal tea, add in a little apple cider vinegar, packet of stevia, stir then serve over ice. Good luck!
