Which website do I use to get accurate micro nutrient info for each food?
This diet required you to track carbs, fiber, net carbs, fats, and calories.
Every website has different values; and they are often very different.
Which website do I use to get accurate micro nutrient info for each food?
Thanks.

- I love Cronometer it is very Keto friendly and tracks your blood glucose, ketones etc as well. I find it very simple to use.

Hey Jaye!
Great question! Here is a great article on the Keto Summit site about calculating macros!
Also, there is a Keto Calculator that I like to use because it tells me the exact amounts. Another way to calculate your macros is with an app such as Senza or Stupid Simple Keto.
