Can I substitute bacon?

Hey!

Great question. I would double check the morning star bacon for any preservatives or other additives. I haven’t looked at the package ingredients for a while so I can’t remember. Bacon should be adding fat not carbs so beware of any packaged with sugar or “honey glazed” typed things. I honestly don’t eat bacon anymore (maybe occasionally). I will sub with turkey bacon and just add more fat to my meal or eat a fat bomb for dessert to get the meal’s macros right.
