Aspartame

I’ve read mixed reviews about this sweetener. Does it keep you from reaching ketosis?

Hi!

I would stay away from aspartame at all costs. It is basically a poison to your system. I don’t know if it will keep you out of ketosis but the risks involved by using it are great. Keto approved sweeteners (and just cleaner choices) include monk fruit, stevia, xylitol, and erythritol.
