Are my electrolytes off?

I have been doing Keto for almost two months now.  I added in weight lifting 4 days a week.  I am super tired and craving sweets.  Electrolytes off? What do I do?

Hey Jamie!  I do think you could boost your electrolytes. I think that the initial weakness/tiredness can temporarily happen but will go back to normal! Keep up the great work!
